Two-Way Text Messaging
The main benefit of two-way text messaging is that facility users will not have to share their personal cellphone numbers to communicate with patients.
Two-way text messaging is currently enabled upon request from the facility.

Once enabled, reminders/broadcasts sent through text can be found under two-way text messages. Currently, there is a 300-character limit per message.
Important Note:
It is advised that neither party share any personal health information. While the information will be secure on the Facility HelloHealth side, it may not be safe and controlled on the recipient’s (the patient’s) side.
If you are discussing personal health information or any sensitive information, it is advisable to use HelloHealth’s secure in-app messaging.
