Virtual Check-in
On the day of the appointment, a virtual check-in option will be enabled so that you can fill out any necessary forms online, saving time at the clinic.
Where to find Virtual Check-in
The virtual check-in option is available on the Appointment details page. To view current-day appointments, click ‘Appointments’ on the left menu.
To view the appointment details, click on ‘View’ if it is a tile view or click on the icon 
if the appointments are displayed as a list (Images below show the different views of the Appointments screen).
On the appointment details page, you can find the check-in option enabled on the appointment date.
How to do Virtual Check-in

A pop-up appears requesting your confirmation on check-in. Click on Yes.
The necessary forms are displayed. Complete them, then click on the “Save” or “Submit” buttons provided at the bottom of each form.
A green check mark icon appears for filled-in forms. Finally, click on ‘Check-in’.
A check-in success message appears. This completes the virtual check-in process.
